Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment and systems
Plan and coordinate maintenance work orders, ensuring labor, tools, spare parts, and documentation are available
Create detailed job plans including safety protocols, technical instructions, pictures, and estimated timeframes
Lead planning and execution of plant shutdowns and outages, ensuring minimal disruption and timely completion
Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends
Validate the effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities and adjust as needed
Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related technical field required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in maintenance and engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting required
Proficient in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data driven decision making
Understanding of lean manufacturing tools and techniques with a main focus on total productive maintenance and lean flow required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; proficiency in project management software required
