Perform full-performance level work in multiple-step clerical tasks calling for interpretation and application of office procedures, rules and regulations
Answering the telephone
Greeting customers/visitors to exchange information
Filing
Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
Operating computers, office equipment and various software programs
Typing a variety of documents
Collecting, receipting, counting and depositing money
Posting information such as payroll
Qualification
Required
Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent
Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in routine office work
