Responsibilities
Lead and manage the plant floor managers ensuring a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement
Scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to meet production targets
Make sure products meet quality standards and job specifications through inspection and testing procedures
Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Track key metrics and KPI’s to the senior management team
Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ Years working as a Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and SAP/ERP
