Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures across multiple business units

Collaborate with the global legal and compliance team on cross-border initiatives, with a focus on AML monitoring and reporting

Partner with trading, technology, and other stakeholders to escalate and remediate issues identified during compliance reviews
