Responsibilities

Maintains and configures application to ensure application integrity and reliability:
Tunes application to run smoothly
Implements enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and functionality
Creates and maintains files, standard reports, and ad-hoc reporting
Maintains application security
Responds to service requests
Prepares technical requests for program development, logic, coding, and corrections:
Documents and communicates systems support issues to end-users
Contributes to test plan creation, testing, debugging, and installation support of an application
May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study: Information Technology, Business or a related discipline
Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience
