Responsibilities
Engineering the core services for the next generation Aladdin Container Platform to host cloud-native applications at scale
Responsible for the orchestration of over 1 million applications both on-premises and in the cloud
Managing edge routing, load balancing, security, and web asset caching services for our internal and internet-facing applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of Go development experience, with proficiency in one or more additional languages: C++, Python, or Java
2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
Familiarity with GitOps workflows and source control management
Practical knowledge of Linux environments and shell scripting
Experience working in Agile software development environments
Preferred
Kubernetes certifications: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Experience with ADO, ArgoCD, or other GitOps tools
Exposure to IdP/Authentication tools like EntraID, Keycloak, Oauth, etc
Deep understanding of Cloud Native concepts and best practices
Strong grasp of networking and containerization fundamentals, including edge routing, DNS, ingress, and network security
