Technical Project Manager, AI Product Enablement

Responsibilities
Partner and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deeply understand goals, technical constraints, dependencies, and delivery risks
Own end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, from discovery and planning through execution, release, and realization of business value
Design, maintain, and communicate project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery metrics across the full lifecycle
Anticipate risks and dependencies, proactively removing impediments and addressing potential blockers before they impact delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Guide teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles pragmatically, adapting frameworks to fit the specific needs of AI and data-driven work
Drive continuous improvement across team processes, delivery practices, and organizational workflows
Support delivery of AI/ML initiatives, including model development, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Work effectively with teams building and maintaining: Machine learning models and pipelines, Build and Manage AI Workflows, Generative AI applications (e.g., LLM-powered tools, copilots, automation), Data platforms, feature stores, and inference services
Leverage AI-enabled tooling (e.g., AI-assisted project tracking, documentation generation, delivery forecasting, or engineering productivity tools) to improve execution efficiency and visibility
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Serve as a central point of coordination across engineering, product, design, data, and business teams
Produce clear, structured documentation including project plans, delivery updates, decision logs, and retrospectives
Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs with clarity, precision, and confidence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing technical projects across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a technically rigorous environment
Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership, with a track record of driving initiatives through to realized business value
Strong, pragmatic knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to different delivery contexts
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in processes, teams, and organizational execution
Strong understanding of software development practices, enabling effective partnership with engineers and product managers while ensuring quality and delivery commitments
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong organizational and planning capabilities
Familiarity with Scrum or Agile frameworks and ceremonies
Preferred
Experience delivering AI/ML or data-intensive projects in production environments
Exposure to MLOps, model lifecycle management, or AI platform tooling
Experience working with or supporting teams using Generative AI, automation, or AI-assisted development tools
Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces where requirements evolve alongside experimentation and learning
