The candidate will support initiatives that enhance production efficiency, quality, and innovation, driving process improvements and ensuring manufacturing systems meet performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on support to production teams to eliminate downtime, scrap, and tooling issues
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (Process Flows, PFMEAs, SOPs, Line Balancing)
Ensure labor content standards are met through effective assembly and ergonomic design
Implement and sustain error‑proofing strategies and optimize production cell layouts
Lead or support engineering and maintenance projects using Lean/Six Sigma methods
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production areas
Prepare cost estimates and documentation for engineering changes
Address product, process, and system nonconformances with corrective actions
Apply working knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical systems (PLCs, torque tools, etc.)
Maintain accurate documentation of all engineering activities
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or relevant experience
3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
Proficient in labor analysis and time studies
Experience with AutoCAD and a strong understanding of PLC systems
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and general Windows tools
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
