Complete and manage portal registration requests in order to establish a trading relationship with our customers
Submission of invoices into portals as needed and/or problem resolution
Perform various duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of extensive concentrated AR experience
3+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent aptitude in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Associate's Degree or 5+ years of direct AR experience
Aptitude/Desire to learn our business processes at a detailed level to facilitate meaningful and impactful service
Independent decision-making ability using strong conceptual understanding of business goals and processes
Highly motivated, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in a business-critical high stress environment
Excellent customer service, problem solving, and written and oral communication skills
Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to approach zero errors in final work product
