Prepare discovery and dispositive motions
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration or trial

Qualification
Required
1 to 5 years of experience handling personal injury/construction accident defense in New York
Previous experience handling personal injury/construction accident cases
Ability to build rapport with clients
Familiarity with insurance claims materials
Strong legal research skills
Strong investigation skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in using the ABA Uniform Task-Based Management System in budgeting and accounting for attorney time
Admitted to NYS bar
