Field Service Technician
NextGen is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services and technology solutions. They are seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues with printers and other hardware while providing technical support to customers both onsite and via phone.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, kiosks, and POS systems
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability
Provide clear technical support to customers onsite and by phone
Maintain accurate service documentation and meet quality and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in field services dispatch requiring travel and hands-on experience with laptop, desktop, and printer repair
Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark, etc. certifications and experience
Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs, and HP, Dell, and Lenovo
Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
Active driver's license
CompTIA A+
Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
