Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Analyze and interpret technical and financial information to enable data driven decision making
Build strong, trusted relationships with internal partners while modeling organizational values and leadership behaviors
Champion accuracy, consistency, and completeness in reporting through strong process discipline and continuous improvement
Operate independently while managing multiple concurrent priorities, leveraging strong time management and prioritization skills

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Group benefits product knowledge and general insurance business knowledge
5+ years of actuarial experience
ASA required, progressing to FSA
Proficiency with Dataiku
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred

Prior experience with actuarial modeling software, preferably Prophet
Working knowledge of regulatory & accounting frameworks (GAAP/Stat/RBC)
Prior forecasting experience
