Responsibilities

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with a strong focus on SAP IS-U implementations

Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP IS-U implementation

In-depth understanding of SAP IS-U modules (Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing/Invoicing, Energy Data Management, etc.)

Strong knowledge of the SAP IS-U Meter to Cash business process lifecycle

Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including team building, performance management, and conflict resolution

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities

Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management

Technical understanding of transport management, dependency management, and overall SAP implementation processes

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for Utilities and cloud solutions is advantageous
