Responsibilities
Assisting in a variety of administrative duties for government, commercial and international contracts, proposals, contract review, and contract closeout
Preparing and coordinating internal and external business correspondence
Maintaining accurate and complete contract files and records for the company
Performing tasks in support both internal and external audit teams
Reviewing and processing Non-Disclosure Agreements
Performing other contract-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in a Business degree (including Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and Economics), legal studies, or other related degree fields
Ability to work directly with a team and to work independently to utilize research techniques to resolve issues, recognize potential and existing problems/challenges, and make timely decisions to ensure their resolution
Strong ethics, values and integrity
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate multiple work assignments, and meet critical deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
This position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
