Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of internal and external reporting functions, ensuring absolute accuracy, transparency, and timeliness for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Define and execute a comprehensive data management strategy. You will oversee the lifecycle of financial data to ensure integrity, security, and accessibility
Serve as the subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and risk reporting, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing proactive mitigation strategies
Drive significant organizational efficiencies by applying advanced business analysis methods and standardizing reporting tools across departments
Utilize your expertise in Excel, VBA, and Macros to automate legacy workflows, while guiding the transition toward modern BI tools
Maintain a rigorous environment of internal controls, ensuring all reporting aligns with General Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS) and corporate policy

Required

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a large-scale Finance organization
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including Visual Basic (VBA) and Macros
Proven experience in data architecture and tool standardization
Deep understanding of general accounting principles, financial risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field

Preferred

Master's Degree (MBA/MSA) or CPA/CFA preferred
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear narratives for executive leadership
A 'continuous improvement' mindset with a history of automating manual processes
Strong project management skills, particularly in implementing new financial software or data standards
