Project Manager I
NextEdge is seeking a Project Manager I to manage small-scale projects with limited scope and complexity. This role focuses on planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Support the planning, monitoring, and execution of small-scale projects to meet company objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate project records, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are adhered to
Partner with leaders to identify risks within projects and support the implementation of mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
Coordinate discussions with stakeholders to clarify project scope and promote alignment across teams
Assist in managing subcontractor and vendor compliance including insurance requirements
Manage and perform work across various platforms, systems, and software to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned based on project requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
0-2 years of experience
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements with flexibility and focus
Demonstrates problem-solving skills to address challenges and develop practical solutions with guidance as needed
Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Confidence in making decisions under pressure, balancing risks and opportunities with support from supervisors
Clear communication skills to facilitate collaboration within teams and across departments
Time management skills to organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently
Teamwork abilities to contribute positively and collaboratively in cross-functional settings
Attention to detail to track progress and identify risks in project execution
