Proprietary Content Intern
EBSCO Information Services is a leader in delivering optimized research experiences and is seeking a Proprietary Content Intern. The intern will provide editorial and operational support to the Proprietary Content team, focusing on quality reference content for libraries and improving workflows.

Responsibilities
Execute content quality improvement projects
Identify, propose, and implement process improvements
Ensure accurate content and metadata in the content and project management systems
Update existing content according to editorial and style guides
Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Qualification
Required
Excellent research skills and language skills (especially grammar, editing, and writing)
Experience in a writing/editing environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Bachelor's degree in progress
Preferred
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to proactively identify, propose, and implement ideas for improvement
Ability to accomplish a variety of tasks according to defined guidelines
Interest in emerging technologies and tools
Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style (17th ed.) and MLA Handbook (9th ed.)
Familiarity with productivity platforms like Microsoft Teams and Monday.com and/or content management systems
Undergraduate field of study: English, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or related field
