Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market execution for payment products, with a primary focus on Wire / Money Movement
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and concept through launch and optimization
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to drive product enhancements
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value and business impact
Ensure payment products meet applicable regulatory and industry standards
Manage and collaborate with external vendors and partners to meet service-level expectations
Monitor product performance using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Partner closely with engineering, technical product owners, marketing, sales, and customer support teams
Enable internal teams through training and product knowledge to support adoption and customer success
Qualification
Required
Strong background in payments, specifically Wire and/or Money Movement
2+ years of experience in Product Management, including recent go-to-market execution
Proven ability to define product strategy, features, roadmaps, and lifecycle management
Strong market research and analytical skills
Experience collaborating across engineering, architecture, marketing, and leadership teams
Solid financial acumen, including business cases, pricing considerations, and ROI analysis
Experience with product tools such as Aha! or similar platforms
Preferred
Pragmatic Institute Certification (Level II preferred)
Experience working with community or regional financial institutions is a plus
