Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring project delivery meets client expectations
Implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards
Providing mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth
Overseeing project financials, including billing and invoicing processes
Leading and managing site civil projects from initiation to completion
Using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis
Qualification
Required
Experience in civil land development design, particularly commercial projects
Experience managing commercial and residential land development projects
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies
Strong client management and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability in business development
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
An active Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required
