Administrative Assistant Boynton Beach
Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide temporary coverage while a team member is on leave. This role will support event coordination, administrative tracking, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-up across multiple systems.
Responsibilities
Monitor Cognito for incoming event submissions and download event forms
Create and maintain organized electronic event folders
Review event submissions and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation
Update the Pending Projects Worksheet spreadsheet for new and approved events
Save contracts to appropriate event folders and track details in spreadsheets
Create internal URLs and coordinate with the Finance team regarding missing NFG pages
Create Publisher files for URLs, including detailed documentation for event folders
Add approved events to the Hadassah.org/Florida webpage
Assist with NFG reports and send reminders as requested
Prepare and send eblasts using Constant Contact
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and document management
Experience with email marketing tools (Constant Contact preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
