Responsibilities

Supervise inspection teams at assigned locations
Ensure safety, quality, and customer standards are met
Set up projects and manage daily deliverables
Train and support team leaders and inspectors
Communicate with customers and internal teams
Complete required training and follow company policies

Qualification

Required

2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong customer service / B2B experience
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude
Ability to travel on short notice
Valid Driver's License
Personal vehicle
