Temporary Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, generate reports, and improve processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Assist, support, and resolve customers' questions specific to products and services
Problem solve and generate various metric reports
Guide less experienced Customer Service Representatives
Improve processes and recommend department improvements
Report to management on customer satisfaction
Analyze delivery performance by site comparing performance to due date vs. customer request date
Summarize customer survey ratings
Review order status to ensure proper scheduling methods to meet delivery dates and achieve customer satisfaction
Publish performance reports to various accounts, as required
Review open order reports in a timely manner to rectify concerns prior to expediting the process
Analyze complex processes systematically and create reports clearly and concisely
Generate complex quotes for intercompany and external customers
Liaise with the Quality Department on RMA and AQR’s
Generate reports as needed to improve customer backlogs
Deescalate and mitigate customer obstructions to a positive outcome
Manage special projects as assigned by management
Develop a Master Scheduling Plan spreadsheet on major customers to work with planning areas to ensure attainment of blanket orders with respect to delivery, cost requirements, and inventory levels
Coordinate, prioritize, and monitor/report on the Master Schedule Plan to ensure product availability
Assist with the utilization of the Pricing Tool (LPG) to price all assemblies and components in proposal status
Process end-of-month closing activities; balance and troubleshoot daily order activity
Qualification
Required
Experience in an ERP System is required
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Must be detail oriented and be able to work independently using sound judgment
Ability to work independently or in cross functional teams
Ability to read blueprints, identify product lines and answer basic technological questions, in certain locations
Strong verbal, written, problem solving, and organization skills required
Experience in planning, materials and scheduling as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with rotating equipment and pumps, a plus
Demonstrated ability to mentor others
Experience working in a diverse environment is preferred
Bilingual English – Spanish a plus
