Responsibilities
Provide leadership and technical oversight to the engineering team
Develop, implement, and enforce engineering policies and procedures to ensure product compliance with specifications
Ensure all engineering personnel are fully trained and adhere to operational standards
Drive process improvements and support the integration of new technologies and systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and business development teams
Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in engineering within a manufacturing environment. To include structural, mechanical, finite element analysis, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic. Some software background desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in technical tools including spreadsheets, databases, and project management software
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong proficiency in 3D-modeling CAD software
Preferred
Preferred background in aerospace / simulation engineering and manufacturing
Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD preferred
