Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN/WLAN network architectures
Lead network upgrades, migrations, and complex troubleshooting efforts
Manage and support Cisco-based wireless and network access control solutions
Perform wireless surveys, optimization, and performance tuning
Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability using diagnostic tools
Develop technical standards, documentation, and implementation plans
Act as a technical lead and mentor for network operations staff
Collaborate with vendors and oversee third-party network service providers
Participate in on-call rotation and ensure SLA compliance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience (LAN/MAN/WAN)
Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and OSI models
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies
Experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and packet analysis tools
Ability to lead projects end-to-end: design, implementation, and support
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Preferred
Cisco Wireless, Cisco ISE, and Cisco DNA/DNAC experience
Firewall and network security appliance exposure
CCIE certification Must
Experience in healthcare or large regulated environments
