Responsibilities

Define and evolve EVEN's product roadmap to grow and scale what we've built while staying true to our artist-first mission
Translate the company's goals into clear product strategies that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes
Partner closely with the CEO to define and communicate the long-term product vision and drive alignment across teams
Turn user insights into clear PRDs and roadmap priorities
Deeply understand the artist experience—how they create, release, and engage with fans. Build tools that make those moments easier and more rewarding
Collaborate with Artist Relations, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure the product serves real-world use cases for artists, labels, and distributors
Champion artist's needs in every product decision
Lead and inspire Product Designers while collaborating with engineering, data, and operations across a globally distributed team
Balance high-level strategy with a hands-on, do-it-yourself approach, rolling up your sleeves to define specs, QA builds, and ship features when needed
Establish a product development cadence that fosters creativity, accountability, and momentum
Use analytics to understand how artists and fans are interacting with the platform and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Balance data-driven decision making with the intuition that comes from understanding culture, artists, and the nuances of music
Build systems and frameworks that allow EVEN to grow sustainably without losing our agility or artist-first ethos
Identify new opportunities to expand our ecosystem through integrations, partnerships, and innovative product extensions

Required

.6+ years in product management with demonstrated leadership impact—ideally in music, creator economy, gaming, streaming, or consumer/marketplace platforms
Startup experience highly valued
Deep empathy for artists and creators—understands their needs, pressures, and aspirations
Comfortable toggling between big-picture thinking and tactical execution
Proficient in Figma and Linear
Able to lead user research, contribute to design decisions, and collaborate closely with product designers to shape user experiences
Excellent communicator who can align diverse teams and motivate people toward a shared vision
Proficient with analytics tools and frameworks to measure engagement, retention, and conversion—but knows when instinct matters most
Passionate about music, technology, and the evolution of the music industry
Lead with initiative, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to change
Show up consistently with a solutions-oriented mindset, and hands-on approach
Embody EVEN's mission to empower artists and build a more equitable, connected music ecosystem
