Required

Strong knowledge of fundamental hardware systems and devices including: PCBs, Heatsinks, Mounting brackets, Optical modules, Basic signal integrity and power concepts
Experience working with networking equipment such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices
Familiarity with mechanical/environmental test standards (IEC, ETSI, MIL-STD)
Proficiency in 3D solid modeling CAD tools
Understanding of mechanical and thermal design principles
Hands-on experience with environmental test systems and lab equipment
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
