Responsibilities

Own key revenue processes and ensure sales and payments are accurate, timely, and reliable
Reconcile sales, tenders, and revenue across stores and business units
Review and reconcile third-party and merchant fees, ensuring correct revenue and expense treatment
Investigate revenue differences, identify trends, and help prevent repeat issues
Build and maintain simple, scalable reports and templates that make reconciliation easier
Partner with store teams and cross-functional groups (Operations, IT, Finance, Treasury, Merchandising, Pharmacy) to solve problems and improve processes
Support revenue systems through testing, enhancements, and issue resolution
Assist with training, onboarding, audits, and compliance documentation

Required

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
Experience supporting high-volume, transaction-intensive environments, preferably in retail, grocery, pharmacy, or multi-unit operations
Demonstrated experience with reconciliations, high-volume transaction processing, and template development

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Experience supporting sales audit or revenue reconciliation systems
