The candidate will be responsible for financial data collection, metrics reporting, and process development while interacting with various teams within the organization.

Responsibilities
Perform financial and accounting analysis work
Serve as point of contact for Financial / Data Collection review and distribution to teams
Develop, track and distribute daily / monthly metrics
Perform advanced accounting / finance activities and metrics reporting using Power BI
Focus on process and method development in addition to data analysis
Interact with all business levels in the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or appropriate discipline
Financial acumen, strong team orientation, communication and organizational skills are necessary
Moderate/advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and using the internet with Microsoft Explorer and Chrome
Ability to use high level functions of Excel for calculations, formatting and data manipulation (including pivot tables)
Comfortable seeking data on SharePoint sites, manipulating formats, source data, and proficiency in database manipulation
Preferred
Experience working in the automotive field or testing and interfacing with engineers is desired
