The Content & Community Associate will support the marketing team by creating organic content, managing creator relationships, and assisting with brand storytelling across social media platforms.

Responsibilities
Support organic content creation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube shorts, and other platforms
Collaborate with Social Media Manager on content strategy, trends, and execution
Generate content ideas for organic social, performance creative, and creator collaborations
Manage and grow our network of content creators and affiliates
Coordinate product seeding and maintain ongoing creator and PR relationships
Assist with TikTok management, including TikTok Shop, affiliates, and organic posting
Produce on-camera content (UGC-style, BTS, product, trends)
Help organize and coordinate brand photoshoots, creators, talent, and deliverables
Track content deliverables, timelines, and creator communications
Support Shopify ecommerce tasks related to product launches, content, or promotions
Assist with campaign planning, asset organization, and post-campaign recaps
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging content opportunities
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, or a related field
Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
Comfortable on camera and excited to participate in content when needed
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator culture
Basic understanding of influencer/UGC marketing or affiliate programs
Willingness to learn tools like Shopify, creator platforms, and analytics tools
Collaborative, positive, and excited to grow in a fast-moving environment
CapCut or basic editing experience; Bonus for Figma or light design abilities
