Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (advanced degree preferred)
Hands-on experience building machine learning models with Python or R
Proficiency in Python libraries like Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and SHAP
SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
Experience with credit-based customer acquisition, lead generation, or marketing analytics in financial services or consumer lending
Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
Strong communication skills —you can translate complex data into actionable insights
