$36/hr - $36/hrAllstar Services is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee exterior construction projects from start to completion. This role involves fieldwork, job site coordination, and direct homeowner interaction to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Perform repairs, callbacks, insulation work, and full exterior replacements as needed
Install fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, shingles, gutters, and related materials
Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools, including brakes and saws
Load, locate, and transport materials to job sites; assist with warehouse operations as needed
Learn and utilize company systems and processes, including Vertex, AccuLynx, and ProVia
Collect customer payments when required
Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
Communicate effectively with the Service Superintendent, team members, and homeowners
Interact with customers professionally and courteously, providing confidence and peace of mind
Complete assigned daily tasks efficiently and reliably
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Must speak English to effectively communicate with homeowners
Must follow OSHA safety guidelines at all times
Must not be afraid of heights
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and ladder work
Comfortable working at heights and safely on ladders and planks
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in the field, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
