Responsibilities

Lead and execute key organizational design and transformation initiatives aligned with long-term strategy and operational efficiency goals
Drive delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives, partnering with senior Compliance leadership to track execution, remediate regulatory findings, and implement targeted program enhancements
Manage end-to-end change management efforts to improve the scalability, efficiency, and adaptability of the Compliance function
Support execution of the Annual Global Compliance Plan, including status tracking, risk identification, and mitigation planning
Coordinate and assess change requests, evaluate impacts, and recommend implementation approaches
Identify and deliver process improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance Compliance operations
Provide strategic insights on organizational design, capability building, and transformation readiness
Support communications and stakeholder engagement for major strategic and transformation initiatives across the global Compliance organization

Required

Experience in operational and financial management of Compliance functions
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in leading organizational design and transformation initiatives

Ability to support execution of the Annual Global Compliance Plan
Experience in coordinating and assessing change requests
Ability to identify and deliver process improvement and innovation initiatives
Strong strategic insights on organizational design and capability building
Experience in supporting communications and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives
