Responsibilities

Advise employers on California and federal employment law compliance
Handle wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters
Support and manage single-plaintiff and class/representative actions (PAGA)
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
Conduct workplace investigations and training programs
Partner with clients on strategic HR and workforce planning

Qualification

Required

4–7 years of experience in Labor & Employment at a law firm or employment-focused practice
