Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing specialists with diverse responsibilities from event planning to content marketing, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Drive the expansion and optimization of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on lead generation, analytics, and data-driven decision making through in-house and agency efforts
Regularly develop project or campaign strategic briefs to guide the efforts of the team Using our project management system, organize and prioritize multiple projects and requests, ensuring timely execution and alignment with budget, brand and compliance standards
Experiments drive better outcomes, especially in digital marketing. You’ll meet regularly with the Chief Growth Officer to report on efforts, ensuring dashboards and scorecards are kept up to date and insights are being used to inform updates that improve overall performance
Work closely with our agency partners to ensure efforts are being put toward efforts that advance our goals
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in people management with direct reports rolling up to you
Experience with HubSpot strongly preferred, comfortability with current digital systems and tools required
Proven expertise in digital marketing and lead generation strategies
Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Data-focused mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
Preferred
Experience with design is a plus, but not required
