Senior Administrative Assistant
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated and highly organized individual to join their administration team as a Senior Administrative Assistant. This role involves providing primary administrative support to key leadership roles within the Aging Institute, coordinating educational programs, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments
Provide primary administrative support to the Director of the Aging Institute, the Administrative Director, and several faculty in key leadership roles
Serve as the primary coordinator for Aging Institute educational programs which include a monthly research seminar series and an annual Research Day event
Provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Perform a variety of complex administrative and clerical tasks, including, but not limited to, managing schedules, handling communications, organizing files, preparing reports, and coordinating office functions
Work with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Effectively communicate via written and verbal communication, ability to stay organized, being able to schedule and coordinate meetings, support financial tasks, maintain office supplies, and provide daily support to all faculty and staff
Qualification
Required

Minimum Education Level Required: Associate's Degree
Minimum Years Of Experience Required: 5
Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement

Preferred
