Responsibilities
Lead quality improvements on the shop floor
Analyze data to identify priority issues
Coordinate corrective actions that elevate product and process performance
Partner with cross-functional teams
Support design development
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Serve on the Material Review Board
Develop test methods
Support ISO processes
Ensure products exceed customer expectations
Learn products, read blueprints confidently, and measure parts with accuracy
Contribute to root-cause analysis and improvements that keep the quality system strong
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to communicate clearly across teams
Experience in leading quality improvements on the shop floor
Ability to analyze data to identify priority issues
Experience in coordinating corrective actions that elevate product and process performance
Experience in supporting design development
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in serving on the Material Review Board
Ability to develop test methods
Experience in supporting ISO processes
Ability to ensure products exceed customer expectations
Ability to read blueprints confidently
Ability to measure parts with accuracy
Ability to contribute to root-cause analysis and improvements
Ability to navigate challenges without getting bogged down in the negative
