The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ongoing research projects, working closely with the research team to collect, clean, process, and analyze data.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with research staff to understand data needs for projects
Collect data from various sources ensuring accuracy and integrity
Clean and preprocess data to prepare for analysis
Utilize Python programming to develop scripts for data manipulation and analysis
Conduct statistical analyses and interpret results
Assist in the development of data models and algorithms
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring security and confidentiality
Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to the research team
Stay up-to-date with latest data analysis techniques and Python libraries
Dedicate 10-20 hours per week to research activities, with flexibility to accommodate academic responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a graduate student
Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib)
Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Prior experience with data collection and analysis in a research setting is a plus
