Responsibilities
Analyze complex business operations and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and engineering/development teams
Translate business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
Identify, document, track, and report system issues through resolution
Support business process improvement initiatives and planning efforts
Collaborate across one or multiple business units within a large, matrixed organization
Provide analytical and coordination support during major product build and launch activities
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst
Telecom domain experience required, specifically within mobile products
Experience working with: Network operators (e.g., MVNO/MBNO environments)
Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and technical requirements documentation
Proven ability to work effectively in large, matrixed organizations
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to onboard quickly and deliver immediate value
Telecom industry experience is a must
Preferred
Experience with Wholesale or reseller models (highly desirable)
Experience with mobile partnerships or parity builds across carriers (preferred)
