Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle management of electrical construction projects ranging from $20M–$150M+ , including casinos, hotels, entertainment venues, and large commercial facilities
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Manage subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Coordinate closely with general contractors, owners, and design teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues proactively
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a focus on electrical systems, low‑voltage, lighting, power distribution, and specialty systems
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements
Drive project meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all levels
Qualification
Required
3+ years of electrical construction project management experience
Ability to manage multiple phases and large teams in high-pressure, schedule-driven environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, etc.)
Preferred
Proven success managing casino, gaming, hospitality, or large entertainment projects
