Responsibilities

Drive Revenue: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract execution with Level III and IV NICUs
Strategic Partnerships: Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, including Neonatologists, NICU Medical Directors, and more
Market Feedback: Act as a conduit between the front lines and our product team, helping shape our roadmap based on real-world clinical feedback

Required

5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Healthcare/MedTech SaaS
Candidates must reside within the United States
Comfortable with technical clinical data
Willing to travel as needed to secure partnerships

Preferred

Familiarity with the 'hospital stack' (EHRs, clinical decision support tools, and data privacy standards)
Prior experience selling specifically into the NICU, Pediatrics, or Children's Hospital environment
Experience managing enterprise-level contracts and long sales cycles
