Responsibilities

Own the full-service lodging growth plan and quota across lifestyle, resort, convention, and premium hotel brands; deliver multimillion-dollar new revenue
Maintain 3× pipeline coverage with disciplined stage definitions (prospecting → discovery → pilot → expansion → rollout)
Present insight-driven recommendations that elevate decision quality for hotel culinary, F&B, wellness, procurement, and brand teams
Protect deal economics within guardrails; partner closely with Finance on pricing, rebates, and program structure
Demonstrate disciplined follow-through, structured communication, and proactive problem-solving to remove roadblocks and accelerate deals
Prospect, pitch, and close top hotel operators, ownership groups, and brand-level decision makers
Navigate complex organizational structures, including corporate F&B, brand ops, procurement, wellness teams, and property-level leadership
Build trusted relationships at the Director/VP level; flex communication style to match stakeholder sophistication and decision path
Represent Pressed with exceptional preparation and polish at industry events, partner conferences, and on-property showcases
Bridge communication between corporate decision makers and property-level operators using clear, scalable handoff processes that drive adoption
Design and lead structured pilots (typically 8–12 weeks) with defined KPIs: velocity, waste, sell-through, merchandising compliance, sampling calendars, and success thresholds
Identify risks early and provide clear, executable operational solutions to ensure pilots convert to broader expansion
Scale proven programs into multi-region or multi-brand rollouts, including training, POS/in-room collateral, merchandising, and operational launch kits
Partner with hotel F&B leaders to optimize menu placement, grab-and-go positioning, wellness offerings, and program compliance
Activate distribution lanes across broadline, regional DSD, and cold-chain partners
Collaborate cross-functionally to validate operational feasibility, including pack-outs, storage, labor, and throughput
Troubleshoot issues quickly and decisively, bringing forward informed solutions grounded in operational reality
Strengthen reliability by aligning chain requirements with distributor and operator capabilities, ensuring consistent supply and flawless launch execution
Drive forecast accuracy using pilot performance, property-level orders, chain-wide trends, and distributor insights
Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring accurate stage progression and clean pipeline hygiene
Partner with Marketing to develop co-marketing opportunities, wellness activations, LTOs, and brand stories that enhance hotel partner positioning
Model clarity, accountability, and structured communication across all internal teams

Required

8+ years of food & beverage or wellness CPG sales experience; 5+ years selling into full-service lodging or large-format hospitality accounts
Proven track record securing multi-property hotel partnerships or brand-approved programs
Existing relationships within major hotel groups, ownership companies, or upscale lifestyle hospitality brands strongly preferred
At least two multi-region or national hospitality wins scaled in the last 3–5 years
Fluency in foodservice operations: procurement structures, REITS, MCOs, GPOs, distributor systems, and property-level implementation
Data-driven seller who sets velocity targets, monitors waste, reads P&Ls, and protects margin
Solution-oriented, proactive problem solver with strong follow-through
CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) with excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to travel as needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
