Investors Relations Associate, Operations

Time Equities Inc. is seeking an Investor Relations Associate who will be responsible for managing the full investor lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The role involves onboarding investors, managing transactions, preparing communications, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance investor relations and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Lead investor onboarding processes, including subscription documentation, KYC/AML compliance workflows, and investor portal setup
Manage outbound transactions, including commissions, redemptions, liquidity events, and capital calls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain precise investor records by coordinating closely with third-party fund administrators and custodians
Management of the App Folio Investor Portal
Prepare and distribute investor correspondence, including quarterly distribution notices, bi-annual performance updates, and year-end tax reporting
Respond promptly to investor inquiries and provide clear explanations of offering performance, structure, and future expectations
Conduct proactive outreach to strengthen relationships with investors and financial advisors
Collaborate with internal teams across acquisitions, asset management, legal, tax, and accounting to provide the highest value to investors
Maintain organized internal data systems, ensure data quality, and coordinate with compliance teams to meet FINRA and SEC requirements
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems

Required

2–3+ years of professional experience in finance, investor relations, private wealth advisory, or related real estate/investment fields
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the HubSpot CRM system
Ability to work in the TEI HQ office 5 days a week
Professional written/verbal interpersonal communication skills with a client-service mindset
High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Interest in real estate, investing, private markets, and in developing skills across investor relations, capital administration, and operational systems

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, communications, or related field
