Responsibilities
Lead Tata Harper’s launch and growth strategy on Amazon EU, including account creation, setup, and compliance with regional regulations
Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging performance data to optimize listings and conversion
Own paid media strategy and execution, managing Amazon Advertising campaigns in partnership with agencies and internal teams
Drive content excellence, collaborating with Brand Marketing to deliver best-in-class A+, PDP, and Brand Store content while maintaining brand standards
Oversee inventory planning and forecasting, coordinating with Supply Chain and Warehouse to ensure optimal stock levels
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing weekly recaps on sell-through, account status, and actionable insights
Manage operational processes, including order tracking, chargeback resolution, and customer service coordination with internal teams
Foster strong relationships with Amazon representatives and agency partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5–7 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, with a proven track record of launching and scaling businesses
Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising and performance optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of inventory management and demand planning
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Preferred
