Responsibilities
Define and lead the regional MTM strategy for North America in alignment with global objectives, with ownership of revenue growth, forecasting, and long-term business planning
Own and deliver regional MTM sales performance across all channels, achieving and exceeding monthly, seasonal, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Directly manage and develop a team of regional MTM leaders, with responsibility for performance management, development planning, and succession
Partner closely with Retail, Wholesale, Operations, and Global MTM leadership to strengthen structure, processes, and commercial execution across the region
Develop and oversee the regional VIP and special order strategy, ensuring a best-in-class client experience and sustained growth of top-tier client relationships
Lead seasonal training strategy and long-term talent development programs for MTM specialists and sales teams across North America
Drive expansion and performance across priority U.S. markets, identifying new business opportunities, high-potential doors, and strategic client segments
Own and oversee the regional trunk show strategy and calendar, ensuring strong commercial performance, client engagement, and return on investment
Establish and monitor regional KPIs and reporting to track revenue, client development, productivity, and operational excellence
Oversee regional quality standards and execution for all MTM orders, partnering with Operations, Client Services, and Production to ensure exceptional delivery
Act as a senior brand ambassador for Thom Browne Made to Measure in North America, representing the brand with key clients, partners, and at strategic regional events
Serve as a regional thought partner to Global leadership, providing market insight, client feedback, and strategic recommendations to inform future MTM growth
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in luxury tailoring or made-to-measure, with progressive leadership responsibility across multiple markets or a developing regional scope
Demonstrated success driving and scaling a regional MTM or specialty business, with experience contributing to revenue performance, forecasting, and commercial planning in partnership with senior leadership
Proven people leader with experience managing, developing, and mentoring high-performing MTM specialists or market-level teams, with exposure to regional oversight and talent development
Deep technical expertise in garment construction, production techniques, fabrics, and MTM processes, paired with strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking
Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to translate performance data, market trends, and client insight into actionable business initiatives
Exceptional relationship builder with experience managing VIP clients and cultivating long-term client relationships across multiple markets
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial luxury environment
Polished, confident communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and global stakeholders
Passionate ambassador of the Thom Browne brand, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and elevated luxury client experience
Ability to travel approximately 50–60%, including regular travel across key U.S. markets and select international travel as required
