Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for a multi‑region client account
Serve as the primary finance partner to account leadership and senior client stakeholders
Deliver clear financial insights, variance explanations, and decision‑support recommendations
Oversee monthly close, annual planning, billing accuracy, and financial controls
Prepare client‑ready materials for governance routines (QBRs, forecasts, performance reviews)
Resolve financial issues (billing, pricing, pass‑throughs, change orders) with clarity and professionalism
Lead and develop a small team of finance professionals
Strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with contract and internal standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 Years of Management Experience
5 years of Functional Experience
Confident, polished communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and client stakeholders
Proven ability to lead or influence teams in a matrixed environment
Experience improving financial processes, strengthening controls, and driving operational excellence
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, multi‑region environment with evolving priorities
A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset and the ability to build trust across finance, operations, and client teams
