Construction
Responsibilities
Oversee 3 to 5 residential construction projects using Buildertrend
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
Collaborate with Superintendents to coordinate trade partners and ensure quality, timely execution
Maintain project financials, including bidding, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders
Manage procurement and coordinate materials with design and field teams
Act as the primary client liaison, providing regular updates and building trust throughout the project
Supervise Superintendents, ensuring team accountability and success
Proactively plan weeks to months ahead to prevent schedule overlaps and challenges
Support continuous improvement of project management systems and processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of residential project management experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in reading plans and coordinating design-to-build workflows
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, client-facing and internal
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Buildertrend, MacOS/Windows)
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
Ability to travel within Boulder County
Preferred
Buildertrend experience (preferred, not required)
