Talent Management Intern
Virtua Health is a health system seeking a Talent Management Intern to gain practical experience with Human Resources functions. The intern will assist with various Talent Management responsibilities and collaborate on projects to support colleague retention and well-being initiatives.

Responsibilities
Gain exposure to the Talent Management functions within a Human Resources department
Provide support at monthly WE Award celebration events
Assist with execution of annual Well-Being Week programs and events
Participate in Colleague Community (employee resource group) events
Collaborate with Marketing to develop an internal campaign to foster colleague retention
Assist with tracking data and metrics to inform decision making
Intern will take direction from an administrative sponsor on duties to perform during the duration of the internship
Intern will complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner while exhibiting the Virtua STAR qualities
Intern must convey a positive attitude and be self-motivated
Intern will shadow a Virtua employee according to the direction of the administrative sponsor
Intern must complete and present a final report as directed by the administrate sponsor prior to the completion of the internship
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate students, graduate students or recent (less than one year) graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Intern must provide a resume and statement of objective/learning goals prior to the start of the internship
Interns can be currently matriculating high school, undergraduate graduate students or recent (less than one year) graduates
