Written and deployed Script Runner scripts
Written Automation for Jira rules
Held Site Admin rights or higher for an organization
Successfully configured and enabled at least 5 different plug-ins in Jira Cloud
Adept at using MS Teams for meetings
Strong verbal and written communication skills (US English)
Excellent Customer Service Skills & Stakeholder awareness
Presentation skills, able to deliver JIRA related training where necessary
Completed a JIRA migration (DC/on-prem/server/Cloud) to cloud
Confluence Admin experience
Set up an authentication service on Azure AD, AWS, or some other Active Directory
Successfully added external users (outside the organizations domain) to share a join Jira Cloud instance
Created and configured Jira Service Management projects
Qualification
Required
