Responsibilities
Hire, train, coach, and develop staff while ensuring excellent customer experience and consistent performance
Drive deposit and relationship growth through account opening, outbound calling, referrals, and community engagement
Lead from the front by assisting customers directly, resolving escalations, and stepping into daily branch work when needed
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while continuously improving branch results
Lead branch operations, including security, cash controls, dual control standards, and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Supervisory or leadership experience in banking, retail financial services, or a related customer-focused environment
Proven ability to coach and develop employees while maintaining high operational accuracy and accountability
Strong understanding of branch operations, deposit products, security procedures, and service expectations
Proven ability to generate new business through outreach and relationship building
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
Comfortable being a hands-on leader who supports daily branch activity and leads by example
Commitment to community engagement and representing the bank with professionalism
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
