Client Customer Service Representative (Financial Services)

Responsibilities
Serve as a frontline contact for inbound client and advisor inquiries via phone and email
Research and resolve compensation and billing questions
Make outbound calls to partners to investigate commissions and payments
Document and track cases accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Contribute ideas to improve the client experience
Qualification
Required
1+ year of customer service experience (financial services or banking preferred)
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to ask probing questions and think critically
Driven to find answers while knowing when to escalate
Emotionally intelligent and socially aware
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred
Banking or investment experience is a plus
